Day 211
I finally got on Andy's cell phone plan, so I got a new phone. I went from having a Sony Ericsson W580i to a Sony Ericsson W518a. I love Sony Ericsson phones. They are so reliable & have some great features. My old phone still works perfectly fine, but since I got on his plan, I had to choose a new phone. I love my new phone!

Day 208
The Bachelorette Season Finale was amazing! Jillian chose Ed (my favorite)! They look so happy together. I loved the short video montage of their journey together at the end of the show. I am so happy for the two of them. I think this is the first time this show has ended the way I wanted it to. Yay for Ed & Jillian!

Day 205
HAPPY 24TH OF JULY!!! We went to the annual Pioneer's Day parade today. There were SO MANY floats! I couldn't believe how long it took, but it was fun! Andy & I have to speak in our ward on Sunday about Pioneers, so I have really been reading a lot into my ancestors & other pioneers this past week. I am so grateful for their unwavering faith & courage. They kept moving forward even after so much adversity & trials. They are such an amazing example to me! Put all your might, mind, and strength in the Lord & ALL WILL BE WELL!!!! I love them all so dearly!

Day 204
Andy & I went to dinner with Natalie, Casey, Benson, Tami, & Nick at the Mayan for Natalie's birthday! The Mayan is the place I first had guacamole! Weird that I remember that, but it's true! The food was so yummy & the show was awesome! This is Benson turning to me and saying, "Waterfall!" He was so enthralled by the water & the divers. Every time they dove, he would say, "uh-unner." (Which means under because the divers were going under the water). He was so funny! Thanks for inviting us, Natalie & Casey! We had a lot of fun!

Day 200
From left to right: Benson, Tiffany, Aspyn, Aidan, Keegan, Jerzee, Mom
Weber State had their annual fireworks today. Before the fireworks started, my mom, sister, & I took the kids to feed the ducks at the duck pond. They all had fun throwing bread to the ducks, but I think a few of them ate more bread than they actually threw to the ducks.

Day 194
This might be disgusting to some people, but this is something I want to remember some day. I have known a lot of people in my life who have had a toenail fall off, and I always thought it would never happen to me. Well, it did. My toe had been hurting for a few weeks, so I decided to take a good look. I noticed my toenail had a crack from one side to the other, and there was a new nail growing under neath that. So I pulled off the top part (very painful) to let the new nail grow. So here is what my toenail looks like now. It looks a lot better than it did.

Day 189
My mom and dad are the proud owners of two baby cows. My parents have owned 7 cows together. The first cow they gave a name that started with A, the second cow a name that started with B, and so on and so forth (and no I don't remember the names for cows A through G). These two new cows are in need of some names that start with H & I. Since my parents haven't really decided on their names, I gave them names of my own--Hamburger & Indigestion. Ha ha!

Day 188
Since Andy flew his brother Cory all the way to Montana to pick up his new puppy, Cory decided to pay Andy back by giving him his XBOX 360 and all his games. I wasn't going to let Cory just give it to Andy for free, so I made Andy pay for some of it. So needless to say, Andy & I now have an XBOX 360 & my favorite game of all time--ROCKBAND!!! Thanks, Cory!

Day 187
A while ago, Andy's sisters & I got together for a craft night while the boys played computer games. For our craft, Natalie taught ordered us all watch faces online, and then taught us how to make our own interchangeable watch bands. I only made a few that night, but today I decided I wanted to make some more. I went to Roberts, Ben Franklins, and Michaels craft stores in search for some cute beads. Using some of the beads I found, I made two bracelets (the black one & the brown one). I didn't have any more lobster clasps, so I couldn't make anymore, but I ordered some online today, so now all I can do is wait! Look at all those beads just waiting to be used!

Day 186
Every other Sunday, my family has dinner at my parents house. It was such nice weather today that we ate outside in the shade! While we were all there today, my dad showed us the plans for the new addition to the house. My parents were really happy for me to get married so they could tear down my room and make a master bedroom for them :). The plans look great, but it will be weird that the room all 4 of us girls grew up in will be gone.

Day 185
The Hooper 4th of July parade will always be a tradition for Andy & I. This year it was extra special because Andy's dad was an announcer for the floats in the parade. It was fun to see all the decorated floats, but my favorite part was Fremont High School. I sure love that school!!! The picture is of Andy's dad, Wayne, and the Fremont High School marching band!
Oh, Andy, Brady, Shawnee, & I skipped the fireworks to go see Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. IT WAS AWESOME!!!

Day 184
Today was one of those days that doesn't quite turn out the way you plan. Andy's brother, Cory, bought Kokanee (the English Bulldog pictured above) from Montana, but needed to go pick it up, so Andy flew him to Montana today. What was supposed to be an 8 hour flight, ended up taking 15 hours! The low voltage light in the airplane came on near Helena, Montana, so Andy made an emergency landing at the Helena airport. Andy was told by a mechanic that the alternator needed to be replaced, but they didn't have any replacements there at the airport. So then, Andy's flight school instructor and another instructor had to fly to Helena to help Andy fly the broken plane back home. Since Andy & Cory would have to wait 3 hours for the instructors, they decided to rent a car and drive the rest of the way to get the dog. They made it back to the airport with the dog just a few minutes after the instructors got there. Because the alternator was out, the battery was not able to charge, which then made the radio in the airplane useless. So Andy had to fly the broken airplane all the way home using just a handheld radio that allowed him to only communicate with the instructors in the other plane. Around 10 PM, Andy called to tell me they had landed safely & were on their way home. WHAT A RELIEF! Oh, and because their trip lasted longer than expected, both Andy & Cory missed out on all the pre-4th of July festivities--swimming, the delicious dinner, the softball game (which we really needed them for), and fireworks! I am just happy they made it home safe & after seeing Kokanee, it was all worth it because she is just the sweetest little thing!!!
