Day 342

This is how I found my car this morning when I was leaving for work. It's thing like this that ABSOLUTELY MAKE MY DAY! I know most of you think he can be pretty mean to me (because we joke A LOT), but he really is a sweetie! I love my husband so very much.

Day 321

I got the oild changed in my car today. I was quite surprised to find these nice chairs in the Jiffy Lube lounge! So fancy!

Day 310

I don't know why, but I love the way Andy's truck looks from the back. I'm not really sure I could even explain why! I know it's silly, but I am serious.

Day 307

Don't you hate those kind of people that drive as far as they can on a freeway lane that is closing until they ABSOLUTELY have to get over? Well, I do. It drives me crazy! So as I was drving home from school today, one of the lanes was closed and this kept happening. I saw about 20 to 30 people pass me on the lane that was being closed until it all of a sudden stopped. My picture of the day tells why (sorry my car is so dirty). This truck driver that was a few cars behind me in my lane got over into the closing lane, but he didn't pass me. He went the exact same speed as everyone in front of him to block anymore inconsiderate people. I thought it was absolutely genius! Thank you random truck driver for making my day!

Day 295

I don't know how Andy does it! He travels during rush hour every single day. I got stuck in some bad traffic today, and let's just say I'm not very patient. I thought I was going to die!

Day 273

This is how I found my car today after class. Yes, that's snow on the windshield! Where did Fall go? Are we just going to skip right to winter? I sure hope not! I am not much of a fan of snow!

Day 269

My car had a recall on it, so I took it to get it fixed today. Since I was without a car, I just hung out at my parents house with my family. My dad was making his annual batch of salsa, so it was pretty busy in the house, but it was still fun.

Day 265

The view of a brand new windshield! My windshield had fairly large crack in it, so I got it replaced today. This is the second time I have had to get my windshield replaced in the last year (I guess I have bad luck with windshields). Brand new windshields are so amazing to me. I don't know why they excite me, but they do.

Day 182

I got my oil changed today, and I got $10 off because I went in before 10 AM! I love saving money!

Day 41

When I got to school this morning, I sat in my WARM car for awhile trying as long as possible to stay away from the cold! As I was sitting in my car, I noticed this honda civic (just like mine but black) fishtailing right towards my car. Well, I sat there and watched as the car hit my back end. Luckily, the car didn't hit me very hard and it only left a very small scratch (about an eighth of an inch). I sure dodged a bullet there.

Day 40

So I took my car in to get an oil change and my tires rotated, and then they tell me that my battery needs to be replaced! I just got a new battery under a year ago!!!! But no worries because the place that changed my oild & tires was the same place that replaced my battery and the battery is under warranty!!! So I got my oil changed, my tires rotated, and got a new battery for less than $40!!! Boy was I glad to have had my camera as I was waiting for my car to be done. I absolutely love this picture, but I'm not sure why. MEH!

Day 33

Well I was going to use my new camouflage pajamas as my picture of the day, but my day got really exciting around 11:10 pm! I was laying in bed when our home phone rang. I looked at the caller id to find my brother was calling. Next, thing I knew my dad was walking out the door to check on Jeff & April's Ford Expedition that has been sitting over at our barn for the past month or so. I guess the cops had shown up at Jeff & April's house asking them if they had parked their Ford Expedition at Walmart. They immediately called my dad to check it out, and this is what my dad found... Their car had been broken into and the burglar took their license plate and put it on a different Ford Expedition, which was the Expedition found in the Walmart parking lot. The good news is that they caught the boy (Yes it was a boy! He's not even old enough to legally drive). That's why they contacted Jeff & April. The story goes on, but that's just the jist of it.

Day 31

Andy finally cleaned his truck! This is a big deal to me because whenever we go somewhere in his truck, I have to move things out of the way. Way to go Andy and thanks for remembering that you have a fiance that doesn't like having to clean off the seat every time!
