Day 364

I got this shark for Andy for Christmas (we did five one-dollar items for each other). I took a picture of the before, but I can't find it. So here is what the final growth looked like. It tripled in size! I know it's stupid, but simple things excite me.

Day 363

Tonight was Andy's work's annual Christmas Party, which means White Elephant gifts! Andy & I took a printer (BRAND NEW) and a conch shell lamp thing, and ended up with an Herb Grow Kit and this darling wooden lady ;). Poor Brady & Shawnee ended up getting the conch shell for the SECOND YEAR in a row! LOL! I don't think that conch will ever die!

Day 350

My husband is the probably one of X96's (Radio From Hell) biggest fans. He is constantly calling them on the phone and texting them so he can win stuff. Well, a few weeks ago, Andy put in to win $100 from X96, and he actually won!!! He entered online and told them that he would use the $100 to take his wife on a trip (yay for me). Well, he went and picked up his winnings today. Sometimes I am ashamed about the way Andy talks about X96, but it definitely PAID off today! Wahoo!

Day 262

My sister's & I threw a baby shower for my sister, Kristina, today. We played some fun games and then had ice cream! Mmm...I love ice cream! Kristina was showered in presents! She got so many cute outfits for her baby-to-be (Parker) & tons of blankets. But I must say, my blanket was the best because I made it! Watching her open all the presents made me realize that this baby is almost here! I can't wait to meet him!

Day 225

I had an accident today. Because I am home more than Andy is, I have become the designated bug killer (we get them occasionally). Well, today I spotted this big spider run behind our frog sponge holder located on our kitchen cabinet. So I pick up a tissue to grab the spider with & then pick up the frog hoping it is still behind it, but the spider was gone, or so I thought. I glance down at the frog in my hand and see the spider crawling very quickly to my hand! My first instinct was to get rid of the frog, so what did I do? I threw it across the kitchen, which ended in a shattered frog & the spider getting away! I really feel horrible that I shattered that frog because it was a gift from Andy's grandparents, but I had to save myself from that spider! So here lies the frog!

Day 222

Last Saturday, I sent Andy to the grocery store & not only did he come back with everything on the list, he came back with these--pink daisies! Oooh, my favorite! It was such a nice surprise! I sure love my husband! What a sweetie he is!

We are finally back from our honeymoon & it feels good! The honeymoon was awesome, but we sure missed our friends and family! We opened our wedding presents today & boy, did we get spoiled! We are so greatful for all the amazing gifts! Thanks everyone!

Today, my sisters threw a bridal shower for me. This is a picture of me with all my gifts & my awesome tissue paper train(for my tissue paper wedding dress that was made at the shower). I am so grateful for all the family, soon-to-be family, and friends that came!!! Thanks for all the fun & wonderful gifts!

Day 87

Today I had my first bridal shower, and I had a blast. Andy's sisters planned it all, and I just have to say that they did a wonderful job!!! The food was absolutely wonderful! I am so grateful for all that came, and I am especially grateful for all the gifts! Thanks to everyone that came!
